If your hosting package has a Hosting Control Panel (refer to your setup email) you can add users yourself.
• Logon to your control panel (usually www.domainname.com/adminpanel)
• Click the 'User Manager' link in the navigation
• Click the 'Add User' icon
• Fill out the fields and click 'Add User'
If your site doesn't feature a Hosting Control Panel we will have to add the users at the computer console. Simply open a Support Ticket
with the username(s) and password(s) you want us to add to your site
along with your account information. We allow five additional users to
be added to your account. More than five are available at an additional
charge. Please contact the sales department for detailed pricing.
