Step 1: Create you custom error HTML pages and upload them via FTP to a location on your web site.

Step 2: Log in to your hosting control panel, refer to your setup email for login information. If your site does not have a control panel please request the custom error page be configured by opening a support ticket.

• Click the Domains option in the navigation
• Check the radio button for the site you want to edit (if you have more than one site under the account)
• Click the Properties button on the right
• Scroll down a bit and click the Custom Errors icon
• Check the error you want to customize and click the Edit Message button
• Browse to your custom file you just uploaded
• Click the Save Settings button
